It's not enough to know the process of buying or selling a home and working with the VA loan, serving those in our military community is about knowing the lifestyle. My husband has been serving in the Navy since 2011. We've moved 3 times, bought and sold homes, and learned new cities from scratch. I know first hand that moving isn't just about finding the right home, but it’s about finding your new favorite restaurant, outdoor activity, schools, grocery store- everything. On top of that, let's add in the headache of coordinating movers, HHG pack-outs, DITYs, and delivery dates. It's enough to make your head spin. For our buyers, especially for those PCSing and not able to take House Hunting to see homes in person, we do super in-depth virtual showings. In our recorded videos, we zoom in on the good and the bad. Most MLS photos are pretty, but tend to only show the perfect angle, wide-angle to make the space feel bigger, bright light, or edited to feel well lit and maybe even ignoring some questionable areas of the home. Our goal is to show you the details of the construction, if we see anything concerning that would adversely affect your investment, anything that would cause issues with your lender or inspection. We focus on the size of rooms, the layout and flow of the home, and if the house fits for YOUR needs. We take the same care if you're able to view the home in person! We're not just going to point at rooms and let you fend for yourself, we're here to be the eyes, ears and even nose in your investment.

For our sellers, it's a whole different ball game. We understand that coordinating closing dates and pack-out dates need to work together. But most importantly, we want to know what your schedule is so that we can negotiate on your behalf to hit your moving timeline to a tee. Having moved, coordinated selling a home while buying another home, we know there's a lot more to selling your home than just a closing day.
